Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Bimistak Consult.

Scope of Services
This policy applies to services such as Software Development, UI/UX Design, and E-commerce Solutions. Digital Marketing and Corporate Branding services are explicitly excluded from this policy and are non-refundable.

Payment Terms
A 30% deposit is typically required to initiate any project. The remaining 70% is usually divided into milestones based on project deliverables, with payments due upon client approval of each milestone. Full payment is due upon successful completion of the entire project and client acceptance.

Project Duration and Scope
Project timelines vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project. A detailed Project Agreement will be created outlining deliverables, milestones, and timelines for each specific engagement.

Client Satisfaction and Refund Eligibility
Bimistak Consult strives for client satisfaction. However, refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as if the delivered service fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the Project Agreement, if Bimistak Consult materially breaches the agreement causing significant delays or impacting project success, or in cases of gross negligence by Bimistak Consult.

Refund Request Process
Clients must submit a written refund request within 14 days of the final delivery or the date of the breach, whichever occurs first, including a detailed description of the issues encountered, supporting documentation, and a copy of the signed Project Agreement. Bimistak Consult will review the request within 7 business days and determine the appropriate level of refund, if applicable. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Project Cancellations
If a client cancels the project within 48 hours of signing the Project Agreement and before any work has commenced, the initial deposit will be refunded in full. If a client cancels after work has commenced, they are responsible for paying for all completed work, and a prorated refund may be considered for any remaining payments, based on the percentage of work remaining. Cancellation fees may also apply to cover incurred expenses.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, clients are encouraged to first communicate their concerns directly with their assigned project manager. If the issue cannot be resolved at that level, it will be escalated to senior management for further review. If necessary, Bimistak Consult may propose mediation with a neutral third party to facilitate a resolution.

Policy Amendments
Bimistak Consult reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients through the Bimistak Consult website or other appropriate channels and will apply to new projects initiated after the effective date of the changes.

Agreement
By engaging the services of Bimistak Consult, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
